Below You will find some meditations that will help you in your search for the inner self and put you in a more relaxed state of being. Please feel free to E-Mail me with any questions, I would love to here from you. There is no charge for questions. I will try to return your E-Mail as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you !!! Remember these meditations only work if you use them!! I suggest that you set aside at lease five minutes a day to just relax and try the baxic meditation. These meditations are not ment to take the place of medical treatment of a qualified medical doctor. Any condition that involves the heart or nerves should be attended by your medical doctor! If you are currently on medication please do not stop taking what has been percribed. Remember we must treat the body as well as the spirit! Have fun and enjoy! Remember to always start with your basic meditation as decribed below. I should mention that these meditations can be done in bed flat of your back with you hands folded across your body. Experiment and you will find what works best for you. But remember to use the meditations as much as possible. Pass around the meditations to friends and family members! Start a meditation group an read and practice different medtiations. This will be very helpful in getting in touch with your inner self! REMEMBER THIS PAGE CHANGES EACH MONTH! Basic Meditation: The very first thing to do is find a comfortable chair with a straight back. Now sit in the chair and close your eyes. Cross your ankles and fold your hands in your lap. Now take three deep breaths breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Now let your breathing find its own level. Invision a wonderful rainbow color light and see it in your minds eye entering your forehead and traveling through the center of your body and filling every cell of your body with the rainbow light. Concentrate on this light and say to yourself "I am the light, I am filled with the light" Keep your concentration on this light for five to ten minutes. Take three deep breaths and then open your eyes and enjoy the relaxation. This is a basic meditation and will help you to go on to deeper meditations!. BY USING MEDITATION IN OUR DAILY LIFE WE WILL BE MORE AT PEACE AND RECIEVE MANY HEALTH BENIFITS FROM IT'S USE. There are different meditations and each person should try to find the right meditation for them. Not all meditations will work for all people. By trying different meeditations you will find what works for you. The trick is to continue to try different things. You can try several meditations in one sitting, that is to say that you may try one type of meditation for a few minutes then if you feel that it is not working you can change. It is best to take about five minutes of rest before trying to do anoter meditation. By waiting a few minutes you will clear the mind and give yourself a better perspective to the new meditation. Start with the basic meditation position . When You feel confortable, place your attention on your MINDS-EYE and watch what enters and flows by. Just watch, do not react or analyze it in any way. You will notice that your mind chatters away and the body will twitch and your emotions will start stirring, just let this happen it is normal. Your aim is to make your minds eye a blank screen. You can do this two ways. One by being patient and watching your minds eye as it tires and becomes clean clear and open to receive the reality which contains truth knowledge and a state of bliss. The other method is to watch the things in your mind explode and become non-existant as each appears. By destroying each image in this way you will free yourself of it and your mind will become blank and give you the reality that you desire. By using these methods you will find out what lies in you subconscious and you will learn what is immediately "on your mind" You will soon gain familiarity with the liberation of the slave-like reactivity that drains you.
